An evotionary design pinnacle of the original Benchmade Griptilian.

With its shorter handle and longer blade, this knife fits more nicely in my pocket than either the Grip or the Hogue Ritter RSK. To me, the Maverick has nicer, more premium materials even than the Carbon Fiber versions or the other two similar designs. The blade material in this knife is the same as with the sprint CF SRK, and the blade stock is unusually thin for its length. The Maverick's fit and finish are a step up from the RSK and a few above the Grip, but, if course, so is the price asked. The RSK CF, magnacut, in full size, if it's ever released again, is more of a steel, oops, steal, if you can buy from the dealer but those sell out extremely quickly and are released in small batches. Secondly market prices for the CF, magnacut, version are usually in the same ballpark as a new Maverick. At this price point, the Maverick is the better buy and more premium option.

Wow- beautiful drop point

I just received this knive by Tactile Turn and let me tell you it's beautiful.

Well crafted and machined. Feeds great in the hand. Smooth action flick and this thing is just sexy.

I love that it's US made and in Texas no less.

The striations along the length of the handle are uniform and give good grip.

Excited to have this in my collection and looking forward to putting it to go work.

My new EDC 10/10.
